fig jam (quick and easy)

Whether you're hosting or attending Thanksgiving  this year, this recipe is quick, easy and sure to receive a standing ovation. The fig season is coming to a close, if you can't find fresh, buy dried. You can rehydrate them by boiling 1" of water, turn off the heat and add the figs, let sit for 2 hours.
