Avondale Fizz



{ what to use }

1/2 ounce Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
1 1/2 ounce Hendrick's Gin
1/2 ounce Dolin Dry Vermouth
1/2 fresh lemon
1/3 ounce agave
Small slice of fresh ginger
1 piece crystallized ginger
1 sprig fresh rosemary

 

{ what to do }

-Place fresh ginger and lemon into martini shaker, muddle.  Pour remaining ingredients into shaker, add ice to top, shake [1]. 
-Strain into chilled coupe.
-Garnish with crystallized ginger, lemon and rosemary.

[1] When we say shake, we do not mean wiggle.  We do not mean swirl.  We do not mean shake, like you might a salt shaker. We mean shake like it means something, get into a rhythm, make some noise - for 30 seconds.
