Strawberry Rhubarb Tart w/Hazelnut Crust & Coconut Whipped Cream

Three recipes today that when added together create something wonderful! Our rhubarb plant, while only 2 years old, is producing so many stalks that I'm 'forced' to bake often. All three pieces to this tart can be made ahead of time and assembled right before serving. (this keeps the crust nice and crunchy) Enjoy!
