Here's to a healthy 2013! We started out our new year with pork & sauerkraut ( and... a lot of champagne), but also a lot of antioxidants. This smoothie came out of need for a solid breakfast with only the best ingredients. We like adding a protein powder or a nut butter to our smoothies to make it a full breakfast. We will be doing a short series on vegan, gluten free health focused foods this month!
