Guys!!! I'm so excited to introduce a new summer column. While I believe in healthy whole foods, lots of water and exercise, I was trained in art not health. So, I've asked a couple really lovely people to share their perspective on health! We will hear from a health coach, surgeon, creative mom/teacher extraordinaire and today to kick it off, Caitlin, a certified personal trainer.
