ceviche

When we were in Tulum, we ate ceviche everyday for lunch. It was the freshest fish I've ever had, I crave the ceviche from Coqui Coqui. The fish is cooked from the acid of the lime juice so you want to talk to your fish monger and get the freshest catch.
