molasses chimichurri

While working on recipes that taste great, look lovely and don't take a whole night preparing I remembered this molases chimichurri I make for an appetizer. I generally choose a lean cut of grass fed beef, however, if you don't have time to grill a steak grab roast beef at the market, ask them to cut a you a thick piece so you can cut yourself.
