For the weeks ahead I have posts set up in order that I may learn how to be a mama, a family of three and readjust to our new home on the West Coast! I'll be back in September with new ideas and a refreshed (potentially exhausted) spirit. Until then you can expect a few mocktails and can follow along on our new adventures on Instagram @gingerandbirch or @hartandhoney. Thanks for being understanding, may your summers be full of exciting adventures of your own!
Still living that no alcohol life and it's sweet as ever! Today is a super simple refreshing drink. Crushed ice or regular works just fine! Stay cool friends!
I posted this a long time ago and for some reason had the recipe written down wrong. Embarrassing but I'm here to fix it!
Don't get overwhelmed by the amount of dry ingredients. With gluten free baking it's tough to get the right consistency, each of these flours helps to gain a "normal" flour texture. I make the dry mix ahead and pre-bag each so it's less labor on a Saturday morning when all you want is maple syrup on fluffy pancakes served in bed!
